Local High Definition Television is not available via Cable or Satellite at this time. This means that for many people, it is time to use that outside antenna again or install a new one.

  • Use the Free Antenna Pointing Service from TitanTV to determine what type of antenna you will need and where to point it for the best picture. TitanTV will recommend specific brands of antenna, most all not amplified antennae are pretty much the same design and manufacture, so brands are not critical.
  • Pointing in our television market is critical. As you can see on our Antenna Pointing page, not all television station transmitters are located in the same place. You may need an antenna rotor to rotate your antenna for each station.
  • Check all your connections in your antenna system. If you have not inspected your antenna in several years, it is now a good time to do so. Connectors can get wet and rust develop. Corrosion can prevent to from recieving all but the strongest television signals.
  • Long Runs of Cable will contribute to line losses. Use High Grade Coaxial Cable whenever possible. Avoid splices and excessive connectors - Use one 50 foot cable instead of 2 - 25 foot cables if you need 50 feet. Each connection in your system reduces the signal passed to your receiver.
